SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 No. 38, 1990 - SECT 31

31. In addition to its functions and duties under the Superannuation Act  1976
, the Trust:

   (a)  is, in respect of the period commencing on 1 July 1990 and
ending on 30 June 1995, appointed as the investment manager of
any money standing from time to time to the credit of the Fund
that is, under the Trust Deed, available for investment; and

   (b)  may, after that period, accept appointments by the Board as
an investment manager of money standing to the credit of the
Fund.
