SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 No. 38, 1990 - SECT 47

Delegation by Minister 
47. The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of his or her
powers under this Act or the regulations to:

   (a)  the Board; or

   (b)  an officer of the Department; or

   (c)  the Commissioner or a member of the staff assisting the
Commissioner in the performance of his or her functions under
this Act.
