SUPPLY ACT (No. 2) 1989-90 No. 51, 1989 - SECT 6

6. A reference in Schedule 2 to the Department of Aboriginal Affairs includes
a reference to any body established, whether before or after the commencement
of this Act, to perform functions corresponding to some or all of the services
provided by the Department and some or all of the functions of the Aboriginal
Development Commission and the Australian Institute of Aboriginal Studies.
