SUPPLY ACT (No. 2) 1992-93 No. 43, 1992 - SECT 5

Money appropriated for a program 
5. Money appropriated by this Act for a particular program is taken to be
appropriated for:

   (a)  the purpose of payments (including advances) under Acts administered
        as part of the program; and

   (b)  any other purposes of the program.
