SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 53

Payment on death of contributor to Provident Account without dependants.

53. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-sections:-

''(2) This section does not apply in respect of a contributor to the Provident
Account who dies on or after 1 July 1976.

''(3) On and after 1 July 1976, the reference in sub-section (1) of this
section to the Board shall be read as including a reference to the
Commissioner for Superannuation.''.
