SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 73

73. Section 119T of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the words ''and
sub-section (2) of section 37, sub-section (3) of section 38, sub-section (2)
of section 43, sub-section (2) of section 43A, sub-section (4) of section  45
, sub-section (7) of section 46,
sub-section (5) of section 48, sub-section (2) of section 49, sub-section (2)
of section 51, sub-section (6) of section 82, sub-section (4) of section  83 ,
sub-section (3) of section 83A, sub-section (2) of section 84 and sub-section
(2) of section 85 of this Act had not been enacted'';

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (2) the words ''or, where the
        benefits are payable on or after 1 July 1976-out of the Consolidated
        Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.'';

   (c)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of sub-section
        (6),
after the word ''Fund'' the words ''(or, on or after 1 July 1976, to the
Consolidated Revenue Fund)''; and

(d) by inserting in sub-section (7), after the word ''contributed'' the words
'', before 1 July 1976,''.
