SUGAR AGREEMENT ACT 1979 No. 183, 1979 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.1

(2) Section 6 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 1979.
