SPACE ACTIVITIES ACT 1998 No. 123, 1998 - SECT 34
Suspending a launch permit
(1) The Minister may, by written notice, suspend a launch permit if:
(a) the
holder of the permit contravenes a condition of the permit; or
(b) the Minister considers that, for reasons relevant to Australia's
national security, foreign policy or international obligations, the
permit should be suspended.
(2) A launch permit has no effect while suspended, but the period for which it
remains in force continues to run despite the suspension.
(3) A launch permit may be revoked or varied even while it is suspended.
