STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 95, 1991 - SECT 24

Transitional provision: notice under section 39 or 40 
24. In relation to:

   (a)  a notice given under section 39 or 40 of the Principal Act before the
        commencement of this section; and

   (b)  the person to whom the notice was given; the Principal Act continues
        to have effect as if this Act had not been enacted.
