STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 171, 1989 - SECT 11

11. After section 31F of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:

Obligation to notify happening of certain events

"31FA. If a prescribed event happens in relation to a person who is receiving,
or entitled to receive, an amount under this Act or a current special
educational assistance scheme, the person must notify the Department, in
accordance with the regulations, of the happening of the event within 7
days.".
