SYDNEY AIRPORT DEMAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 No. 173, 1997 - SECT 26

Effect of payment of infringement notice penalty (1) If the person to whom an ^*infringement notice is issued for a civil contravention pays the penalty specified in the notice to the ^*Slot Manager:

(b) a civil prosecution may not be brought against the person for the civil contravention.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the ^*infringement notice has been withdrawn and the penalty paid has been refunded.
