SYDNEY AIRPORT DEMAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 No. 173, 1997 - SECT 48
The Scheme and its basic purpose
(1) There is to be a scheme, known as the Compliance Scheme , for Sydney
Airport.
(2) The basic purpose of the Scheme is to provide for various matters relating
to compliance with the requirements of this Act.
