SYDNEY AIRPORT DEMAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 No. 173, 1997 - SECT 52

Compliance Committee to develop compliance scheme and submit it for approval (1) The ^*Compliance Committee is to develop a compliance scheme (the draft scheme ) for Sydney Airport that is consistent with section 49.

(2) The draft scheme is to be submitted to the Minister for approval.

(3) The Minister may require the ^*Compliance Committee to develop and submit the draft scheme by a time determined by the Minister.
