SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 No. 172, 1992 - SECT 104

Interpretation
104. In this Part:

"court of rendition" means:

   (a)  in relation to a judgment of a court, the court in which the judgment
        was given, entered or made; or

   (b)  in relation to a judgment that is an order of a tribunal:

        (i)    if the law of the State in which the tribunal is established
               provides that the order is enforceable without registration or
               filing of the order in a court - the tribunal; or

        (ii)   in any other case - the court of that State in which the order
               is registered or filed;

"enforcement", in relation to a judgment, includes execution of the judgment;

"place of rendition", in relation to a judgment, means the State in which is
established the court of rendition of the judgment;

"sealed copy", in relation to a judgment, includes a copy of the judgment that
is certified as a true copy by:

   (a)  if the court of rendition is a tribunal - a member of the tribunal; or

   (b)  in any other case - a judge, magistrate or registrar of the court of
        rendition.
