SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY RESEARCH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 121, 1986 - SECT 26

26. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) There is established a Consultative Council comprising -

   (a)  persons nominated by the Board to represent the management of the
        Organisation; and

   (b)  representatives of organisations of officers."; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "Executive" (wherever occurring) and
        substituting "Board".
