SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY RESEARCH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 121, 1986 - SECT 9

9. Section 9AB of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "Executive" and substituting "Board";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (3) "Executive" and substituting "Chief
Executive"; and
(c) by omitting from sub-section (3) "it thinks fit" and substituting "the
Chief Executive determines".
