STATES AND NORTHERN TERRITORY GRANTS (RURAL ADJUSTMENT) ACT 1985 No. 75, 1985 - SECT 5

5. The payments by the Commonwealth to a State provided for in the agreement
referred to in section 4 may be made to that State, by way of financial
assistance, on the terms and conditions contained in that agreement, out of
moneys appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose.
