SCHOOLS COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 213, 1973 - SECT 5

5. (1) The Chairman shall be a full-time member of the Commission and, subject
to sub-section (2), the Governor-General may appoint any other member to be a
full-time member of the Commission.

(2) The number of full-time members, other than the Chairman, shall not at any
time exceed three.

(3) For the purposes of sub-section 4 (3A) and (4) of the Superannuation Act
1922-1973, a full-time member shall be deemed to be required, by the terms of
his appointment, to give the whole of his time to the duties of his office.
