SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1984 No. 18, 1984 - SECT 8
Powers of the Commission
8. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(3) the following sub-section:
"(3A) The Commission has power, for or in connection with the performance of
its functions, to use services provided by the company AUSSAT Pty Ltd (being
the company described in the definition of 'Aussat' in section 3 of the
Satellite Communications Act 1984).".
