SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY ACT 1975 No. 79, 1975 - SECT 28

28. This Act does not apply in relation to the construction or modification of
a vessel that is the subject of a contract under section 47 of the Australian
Coastal Shipping Commission Act 1956, or that Act as amended at any time,
under which Australia agrees, on the delivery of the vessel to the shipowner
on completion of construction or modification, to purchase the vessel, or the
vessel as modified, from the shipowner and the shipowner agrees to re-purchase
the vessel from Australia.
