SHIPS (CAPITAL GRANTS) ACT 1987 No. 74, 1987 - SECT 27

27. (1) The regulations may prescribe fees to be paid in relation to
applications or claims under this Act.

(2) A fee prescribed in relation to an application or claim shall be paid when
the application or claim is made and, if the fee is not so paid, the
application or claim shall be deemed not to be duly made.
