STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 133, 1976 - SECT 13

13. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under sub-section 12
(1) that exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified in column 3 of
Schedule 1 opposite to the name of the State.
