STATES GRANTS (UNIVERSITIES ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 129, 1976 - SECT 18
Application of moneys borrowed.
18. Moneys borrowed under section 17 shall be issued and applied only for the
expenses of borrowing, for the purpose of making payments to the States in
accordance with section 7 or 10 and for the purpose of making payments to the
Consolidated Revenue Fund in accordance with section 19.
