STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1977 No. 157, 1977 - SECT 36

36. Where-

   (a)  a project is being, or is to be, carried out in Australia with the
        sole or principal object of promoting change or innovation in, or in
        any matter relating to, primary education or secondary education in
        Australia; and

   (b)  the Minister is satisfied that the project is special in some respect
        and that it is desirable that assistance in connexion with the project
        be provided under section 37, the Minister may approve the project for
        the purposes of section 37.
