STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1977 No. 157, 1977 - SECT 43

Payments to be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund 
43. Payments to a State under this Act may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments under section 5 or 14, and advances under
        section 42 on account of payments of that kind-the Consolidated
        Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
