STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1977 No. 157, 1977 - SECT 45

45. Moneys borrowed under section 44 shall be issued and applied only for the
expenses of borrowing and-

   (a)  for the purpose of making payments to the States under sections 5 and
        14;

   (b)  for the purpose of making advances under section 42 on account of
        payments of that kind; and

   (c)  for the purpose of making payments to the Consolidated Revenue Fund in
        accordance with section 46.
