STATES GRANTS (CAPITAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1980

An Act to grant financial assistance to the States in connection with
expenditure of a capital nature and to authorize the borrowing of certain
moneys by the Commonwealth

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Capital Assistance) Act 1980*1*
