STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 100

Limits on grants under sections 37 and 38

100. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting all the words
after "under" and substituting "sections 37 and 38 that exceed, in the
aggregate, the amount specified in Schedule 11 opposite to the name of the
State".
