STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 21

21. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under section 20 in
respect of recurrent expenditure in connection with the provision of programs
of computer education in respect of a year that exceed, in the aggregate, the
amount specified opposite to the name of that State in the column of Schedule
6 that relates to that year.
