STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 49

49. (1) The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under sections 
47 and 48 in respect of the year 1985 that exceed, in the aggregate, the
amount specified opposite to the name of that State in column 3 of Schedule 7.

(2) The Minister shall not authorize payments to the States under sections  47
and 48-

   (a)  in respect of the year 1986-that exceed, in the aggregate, $1,376,000;
        and

   (b)  in respect of the year 1987-that exceed, in the aggregate, $1,376,000.
