STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 53

53. The Minister shall not authorize payments to the States under section 52
that exceed, in the aggregate-

   (a)  in relation to projects approved in connection with government schools
        other than projects administered by non-government bodies in
        connection with such schools-$5,384,000; and

   (b)  in relation to projects approved in connection with non-government
        schools and to projects, approved in connection with
        government schools, being projects administered by non-government
        bodies- $2,154,000.
