STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 55

55. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under section 54 that
exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified in column 2 of Part I of
Schedule 13 opposite to the name of the State.
