STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 68

68. Where an approved authority of a non-government school or a
non-government centre is providing, or proposes to provide, in a State, a
program of early special education for handicapped children, the Minister may
approve the program as an approved program of early special education in
relation to that State for the purposes of this Act.
