STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 70

70. (1) The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under sub-section
69 (1)-

   (a)  for programs that are, or are proposed to be, provided by the State or
        an instrumentality of the State that exceed, in the aggregate, the
        amount specified opposite to the name of the State in Column 2 of
        Schedule 15; and

   (b)  for approved programs of early special education in relation to the
        State that exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified opposite to
        the name of the State in column 3 of Schedule 15.

(2) The Minister shall not authorize payments to the States under sub-section
69 (2) that exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified in Part II of
Schedule 15.
