STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 8

8. Where an application is made under section 6 for the inclusion in the list
of systemic schools, or under section 7 for the inclusion in the list of
non-systemic schools, of a school that is included in the other of those
lists, and, pursuant to that application the Minister makes a determination,
as a result of which the list of systemic schools, or the list of non-systemic
schools, as the case requires, as in force for the purposes of this Act or of
a subsequent schools assistance Act, is deemed to be varied by the inclusion
in that list of that school with effect from a particular date, the other of
those lists, as so in force for the purposes of this Act or of a subsequent
schools assistance Act, shall, by force of this section, be deemed to be
varied by the exclusion of that school with effect from the date preceding
that date.
