STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 82

82. The Minister may make arrangements for the making to a State, by way of
financial assistance to the State, of advances on account of an amount that is
expected to become payable under this Act to the State, and the conditions
that would be applicable to a payment of the amount are applicable to any such
advance.
