STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 91

91. The Minister shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June next following
each year in respect of which this Act provides for the granting of financial
assistance, cause a report with respect to the financial assistance granted,
and other payments authorized, by the Minister under this Act in that year,
and with respect to the application of that financial assistance and those
payments in that year, to be laid before each House of the Parliament.
