STATES GRANTS (TAFE ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 170, 1989 - SECT 13

13. (1) Where the Minister approves a proposal for capital expenditure under
section 12, the Minister must determine an amount as the amount of approved
expenditure in relation to the proposal.

(2) The amount determined by the Minister under this section in relation to a
particular proposal for capital expenditure must not exceed the amount that
the State concerned estimates will be spent in relation to the proposal in
relation to 1990.

(3) The total of the amounts determined by the Minister under this section
must not exceed $195,196,000.
