STATES GRANTS (TAFE ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 170, 1989 - SECT 22

22. (1) The Minister may make arrangements for the making of advances by the
Minister to a State, by way of financial assistance, on account of an amount
that is expected to become payable to the State under a provision of this Act.

(2) The conditions that would be applicable to a payment of the amount under
the provision are applicable to the advance.
