STATES GRANTS (TAFE ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 170, 1989 - SECT 25

25. Amounts borrowed under section 24 may be issued and applied only for:

   (a)  the expenses of borrowing; or

   (b)  making payments to the States under Part 3 (including advances under
        section 22 on account of such payments); or

   (c)  making payments to the Consolidated Revenue Fund under section 26.
