STATES GRANTS (TAFE ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 170, 1989 - SECT 29

29. Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(c) "arrangements referred to in section 7 of the States Grants (Technical 
and Further Education Assistance) Act 1989 " and substituting "arrangements
between the Commonwealth and a State or Territory for the making of payments
by the Commonwealth, by way of financial assistance, in relation to the
provision of technical and further education in the State or Territory,".
