STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 61, 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsection 5 (2) shall be taken to have commenced on 16 December 1987.
