STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1988 No. 141, 1988 - SECT 3
Grants for recurrent expenditure of systemic schools
3. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(5) the following subsection:
"(5A) Subject to section 29D, the Minister may authorise the payment to a
State under this section, by way of financial assistance to the State in
respect of recurrent expenditure of an approved school system in the State in
respect of the year 1988, of such amounts as the Minister determines.".
