STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1988 No. 141, 1988 - SECT 5

5. After section 29C of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Limits on grants pursuant to subsections 28 (6A) and 29 (4A)

"29D. The Minister shall not authorise payments to the States under
subsections 28 (5A) and 29 (4A) that exceed, in the aggregate, $5,600,000.".
