STATES GRANTS (TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 17, 1976 - SECT 7

Grants for recurrent expenditure in connexion with in-service teacher training programs.

7. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) the word ''and'';
        and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (2) the following word and
        paragraph:-

''; and (c) in the case of the period of 6 months commencing on 1 July
1976-the amount specified in column 4 of Schedule 5 opposite to the name of
the State.''.
