STATES GRANTS (TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 17, 1976 - SECT 9

Grants for recurrent expenditure in connexion with planning projects.

9. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section
(1), after the word ''applies'', the words '', other than the period of 6
months commencing on 1 July 1976''.
