STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 10

The grant to a State under a provision of this Act of financial assistance for
government schools for a program year is subject to:

   (a)  the conditions set out in the agreement made between the State and the
        Commonwealth under section 9 in respect of the financial assistance;
        and

   (b)  the additional conditions applying under this Division.
