STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 32

32 Application of Division 
This Division applies in relation to:

   (a)  a proposal for a non-systemic school to become a member of an approved
        school system; or

   (b)  a proposal for a school that is a member of an approved school system
        to cease to be a member of that system.
