STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 57

57 Grants to foster the learning of Asian languages, and foster Asian studies, in non-government schools

Subject to section 66, the Minister may make a determination authorising the
making of payments to a State, by way of financial assistance to the State,
for expenditure for a program year in connection with non-government schools
in the State with the objective of fostering the learning of Asian languages
or fostering Asian studies.
