STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1996 No. 70, 1996 - SECT 86

Money borrowed under section 85 is to be applied only for the expenses of
borrowing and for:

   (a)  making payments to the States under section 46 or 49 or paragraph
        69(1)(b) or 72(1)(b); and

   (b)  making advances under section 83 on account of payments of that kind;
        and

   (c)  making payments to the Consolidated Revenue Fund in accordance with
        section 87.
